




Job Summary: We are seeking an ESG Technician to support the design and implementation of the sustainability strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage risks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support the design and implementation of the ESG strategy. 2. Oversee compliance with European sustainability regulations. 3. We are looking for a person to fill the position of **ESG Technician** at our **Villalonga** facilities. The main responsibilities would be as follows: * Support the design and implementation of the ESG strategy, ensuring its integration into the organization’s operational processes. * Oversee compliance with European regulations, including regulatory frameworks such as the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), the EU Taxonomy for Sustainable Activities, and the EU Deforestation Regulation. * Participate in the identification, assessment, and management of risks, as well as in defining mitigation measures. * Measure the corporate carbon footprint (Scopes 1, 2, and 3\) and support the definition of emission reduction plans. * Implement circular economy policies, eco-design principles, and waste reduction initiatives across products and processes. * Collaborate on packaging and international transport optimization initiatives guided by sustainability criteria. * Conduct supplier assessments. * Collaborate in monitoring labor conditions across the supply chain and managing social audits and associated improvement plans. * Participate in developing and tracking internal Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs. * Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor sustainability performance. * Prepare the Company’s annual report. * Support ethical channel management and monitor potential reputational risks associated with ESG practices.
