Sportia Gyms is a rapidly growing chain, currently operating **5 centers**, with an ambitious expansion plan targeting the opening of **5 new gyms** in the short- to medium-term. We seek a **General Director** with strategic vision and leadership capabilities to lead the company through this critical growth phase—optimizing operations, driving expansion, and consolidating the brand within the fitness sector. **Main Responsibilities** * Define and implement the company’s **global strategy**. * Lead the **expansion of new centers** (openings and development). * Supervise the **daily operations** of the gyms. * Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams. * Analyze financial performance and define improvement actions. * Develop commercial and customer loyalty policies. * Ensure high standards of quality and user experience. **Requirements** * Minimum of **2 years’ experience as a General Director** or equivalent position. * Experience in the fitness, retail, or services sector is desirable. * Proven ability in **team management and business expansion**. * Analytical, strategic, and results-oriented profile. * Leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. * Direct reporting to ownership / board. **Offer** * **Permanent contract** from day one. * Joining a solid and rapidly expanding project. * High potential for professional impact and growth. * Competitive salary **to be negotiated based on the candidate’s experience and merits**.
