This role is critical to the development and well-being of our human team, fostering a stimulating and professional work environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Strategic Leadership:** Develop and implement the global Human Resources strategy, including workforce planning, compensation and benefits, labor relations, and organizational development. * **Team Leadership:** Lead, motivate, and develop the Human Resources team, ensuring maximum performance and professional growth. * **Recruitment and Selection:** Oversee and optimize recruitment and selection processes to attract and hire top-tier talent, ensuring all vacancies are filled with the most suitable candidates. * **Training and Development:** Design and implement continuous training and professional development programs across all organizational levels, identifying training needs and evaluating program effectiveness. * **Team Management:** Foster a positive work climate, manage performance, labor relations, and internal communication, promoting fairness, diversity, and inclusion. * **Labor Relations:** Ensure compliance with current labor legislation, manage relationships with employee representatives, and resolve potential labor disputes. * **Organizational Culture:** Promote and strengthen ALEGRIA Group’s culture and values, driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. * **Reporting and Analytics:** Prepare periodic reports on key HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, labor costs, etc.) to support strategic decision-making. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Guarantee compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations. REQUIREMENTS **Job Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s or undergraduate degree in Psychology, Law, Labor Relations, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR leadership roles, preferably within the hospitality or services sector. * **Knowledge:** Solid knowledge of Spanish labor legislation, payroll management, hiring practices, training and development, and team management. * **Competencies:** Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. * **Languages:** High proficiency in Spanish and Catalan; knowledge of additional languages is an asset. * **IT Skills:** Proficiency in office software and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). **Desirable Skills:** * Strategic vision and analytical capability. * Results- and customer-oriented mindset. * Interpersonal and teamwork skills. * Adaptability and change management capability.
