WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Magic World seeks to hire a Hotel Director in Oropesa del Mar (Castellón), with a willingness to pursue a long-term career plan during a period of full expansion. Working Hours: Full-time. Job Responsibilities Reporting directly to the General Management, your main responsibilities will include: * Organizing, coordinating, and overseeing the daily operations of all hotel departments. * Ensuring efficient and effective compliance by department heads with the chain’s standard procedures and operational protocols. * Supervising and identifying potential areas for improvement (ensuring proper internal functioning) across all departments and hotel staff. * Monitoring full compliance with all APPCC and Water Hygiene regulations. * Customer service. * Handling complaints and claims. Requirements * Education: University Degree in Tourism, Hotel Management, or Hospitality Administration. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar positions at 3- and 4-star all-inclusive holiday hotels. * Advanced level of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. * Results-oriented mindset. * Strong customer orientation.
