For more information, visit our website: **www.turnerandtownsend.com** **Job Description** * Issues project cost estimates * Issues the Project Cost Plan * Responsible for cost control * Plans payments and receipts * Supports the development of procurement and contracting strategy * Reports on project cost status * Approves payment certifications and issues Payment Applications for submission to the client * Leads the preparation of tender documentation * Supports the negotiation process with contractors * Defines close-out requirements and manages contracts with contractors and the client * Leads project financial close-out * Manages potential contractual deviations * Manages claims and legal implications arising from contracts with governmental entities **Requirements** * **QUALIFICATIONS:** Architect / Civil Engineer (Building) / Technical Architect * **LANGUAGES:** Spanish / English * **YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:** Minimum 5 years * **SOFTWARE PROFICIENCY:** Office suite / MS Project / AutoCAD / Cost Management / Construction Planning * **CONSTRUCTION TYPE:** Commercial (especially shopping centres and office buildings) and Residential (luxury housing). **Additional Information** *Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
