**What are we looking for?**
We are seeking a **Process and Planning Engineer** to join our team; however, the candidate’s location will be in Rivabellosa (Miranda de Ebro).
**What will you do with us?**
* Analyze and optimize the warehouse: space sizing and layout design to increase productivity, reduce costs, and decrease lead time.
* Define and optimize processes.
* Maintain the warehouse master table up to date (references, packaging, supply types, etc.).
* Analyze, plan, and manage material arrivals to the warehouse.
* Analyze and optimize plant supply.
* Calculate required resources.
* Control inventory.
* Collaborate on the design and optimization of operational tooling.
* Improve logistical and workflow processes.
* Work with proprietary logistics software, analyzing data and reports, and adapting it to operational needs.
* Design, update, and analyze KPIs, collaborating in the correction of deviations.
* Collaborate with the company’s IT and Planning divisions.
* Support managers in identifying and understanding organizational issues through daily work dynamics.
* Train leaders and teams in continuous improvement and Lean tools.
Requirements
**Which requirements do we value?**
* University degree in Engineering.
* Minimum English level B2 or higher is mandatory.
* Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role.
* Knowledge and experience in Planning and Process Adaptation.
* Knowledge and experience in the automotive sector.
* Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and Methods and Time Studies.
* Experience in project implementation and integration.
* Advanced Excel profile.
* Knowledge and experience with CAD tools.
* Knowledge of logistics and supply chain.
