Job Summary: We are seeking a cook for collective catering to develop high-volume menus while adhering to quality and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Menu development and production for collective catering 2. Preparation, cooking, and regeneration of dishes 3. Collaborative work with the kitchen team We are looking for a collective catering cook to join our central kitchen team. The selected candidate will participate in developing menus for collective catering, following technical specifications, quality and hygiene standards, and high-volume production procedures. Main Responsibilities: * Menu development and production for collective catering * Preparation, cooking, and regeneration of dishes * Raw material control and proper storage * Compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations * Cleaning and organization of the workstation * Collaborative work with the kitchen team Requirements: * Culinary training (Vocational Training Level II in Cooking and Gastronomy or equivalent) * Prior experience in collective catering, central kitchens, or high-volume production * Knowledge of food hygiene regulations * Teamwork and organizational skills * Responsible and solution-oriented individual Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in central kitchens or catering * Experience in assembly-line or high-volume production * Food handler training certification Employment Type: Full-time, Fixed-Term Intermittent Contract Salary: €1,300.00–€1,400.00 per month Experience: * Large-scale cooking: 1 year (Mandatory) * Hospitality industry: 1 year (Mandatory) License/Certification: * Food Handler Certificate (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
