




Job Summary: We are seeking a Cook for a hotel, with experience in gastronomic hotels, proactivity, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaboration in the receipt of raw materials and temperature control. 2. Preparation and presentation of dishes. 3. Food handling according to regulations and kitchen equipment control. CATALONIA HOTELS \& RESORTS requires a COOK for our MAJORICA hotel located in the center of Palma de Mallorca. RESPONSIBILITIES * Collaborate with the kitchen team in processes including receipt of raw materials, storage, thawing, temperature control, handling, cleaning, and disinfection. * Carry out scheduled tasks related to dish preparation and presentation. * Perform periodic cleanings as established in the cleaning plan. * Handle food in compliance with current regulations. * Inspect and monitor kitchen equipment, reporting any incidents accordingly. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 2 years’ experience in gastronomic hotels. * Proactivity and dynamism. * Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, and results-oriented mindset. * Residence in Palma de Mallorca or surrounding areas.
