RESPONSIBILITIES * Collaborate with the kitchen team in processes including raw material receipt, storage, thawing, temperature control, food handling, cleaning, and disinfection. * Perform scheduled tasks related to dish preparation and presentation. * Carry out periodic cleaning tasks as established in the cleaning plan. * Handle food in compliance with current regulations. * Inspect and monitor kitchen equipment and tools, reporting any issues immediately. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 2 years’ experience in gastronomic hotels. * Proactivity and dynamism. * Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, and results-oriented mindset.
