Design \& Build Madrid **Kardham** is the first independent European group integrating all areas of the professional real estate value chain: consultancy, architecture, design and construction, engineering, and digital solutions. Kardham established its presence in Spain with, as its first operation, the acquisition of **Gabiteco**, a Spanish company specialized in *design \& build*, in 2022\. In 2024, it announced the acquisition of **Seventy Eight S.L.**, a Spanish firm specializing in *design \& build* for luxury, retail, and hospitality sectors, operating across several European countries. This new step will enable Kardham to accelerate its expansion strategy and enter high-growth segments. Amid strong growth in Group activity, we seek a **Construction Manager** with proven experience in **office and commercial space implementation and renovation**, capable of **leading and executing comprehensive projects** from inception through final delivery. This person will serve as our privileged client liaison to understand needs and propose technical and functional solutions, while guaranteeing quality, safety, timelines, and project profitability. **Main Responsibilities** * **Comprehensive project management** for implementation and renovation: data collection, preparation of drawings (as-built and proposed), drafting reports, budgets, and construction supervision. * **Planning, execution, and supervision** of works, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and established quality standards. * **Coordination of suppliers, subcontractors, and technical teams**, fostering smooth and effective communication among all stakeholders. * **Technical-economic control of construction works**, monthly certifications, and validation of completed work. * **Management of materials, licenses, permits, and applicable regulations**, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and safety standards (PRL). * **Representation of the company** before property owners, supervising authorities, and public administrations. * **Optimization of resources** and identification of technical solutions enhancing project efficiency and profitability. **Requirements** * **Education:** Architect, Engineer (technical or graduate) or professional with **2–4 years of experience** in managing and executing renovation and implementation projects. * **Sector experience:** Renovations and adaptations of **offices and corporate spaces**, preferably in turnkey environments. * **Technical knowledge:** + **Presto** (budgeting and measurements). + **AutoCAD** (interpretation and modification of drawings). + **Safety, quality, and PRL regulations.** + **Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.** **What We Offer:** * Permanent full-time contract with opportunities for professional development within the company. * Participation in unique and high-impact projects in Madrid and nationwide. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience \+ social benefits. * Excellent working environment, with direct collaboration alongside production and project teams. * Meal voucher card. * Compressed workday on Fridays (9:00–15:00\). **Position based in Madrid (Spain).** Submit your application in just 2 clicks!
