At **Laghum Club**, a chain of specialized Pilates Machine studios, we are looking to hire a **Commercial Advisor and Customer Service Representative** to join our team. We seek a dynamic, organized individual with a clear commercial orientation, capable of delivering an excellent experience to our clients and contributing to the studio's growth. Key Responsibilities * In-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer support. * Managing new enrollments, cancellations, and membership fee changes. * Acquiring and converting new customers. * Tracking trial sessions and commercial opportunities. * Monitoring access control and supporting daily studio organization. * Handling incidents and providing customer service. * Assisting with social media and center marketing activities. Schedule * Monday to Thursday: **5:00 PM to 9:00 PM** * Friday: **10:00 AM to 2:00 PM** We are looking for someone with: * A clearly commercial profile and results-oriented mindset. * Excellent communication skills and customer interaction abilities. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Experience managing social media. * Knowledge of English or other languages will be considered a plus.
