At Alannia Resorts, a leading chain in the holiday and campsite resort sector in Spain, we are looking to hire **a Cook** for our Alannia Guardamar (Alicante) team: Responsibilities * Dish preparation, cooking, and presentation. * Organization and coordination of the assigned station. * Food and raw material control and storage. * Supervision of compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. * Basic stock and inventory management and control. * Goods receipt and storage. * Collaboration in menu creation and improvement. * Maintenance of order and cleanliness in the work area. * Support and coordination with the rest of the kitchen team. Requirements * Previous experience as a cook. * Knowledge of culinary techniques and food handling. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Organizational skills, efficiency, and attention to detail. * Flexible working hours. * Proactive attitude and commitment to quality. * Culinary or hospitality training (desirable). * **Own vehicle required due to the campsite's location** Salary: €1,500.00–€1,600.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
