Currently, we are expanding our team and seeking to hire a Chef to ensure the preparation of high-quality dishes, meeting company standards and delivering a memorable gastronomic experience to our guests. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and company standards. * Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation. * Manage procurement and storage of raw materials. * Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen, complying with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Coordinate with other kitchen staff and departments as required by hotel operations. * Complete production control records, temperature logs, and allergen documentation. * Participate in meetings and training sessions to improve processes and service quality. **Requirements:** --------------- **Professional Competencies:** * Previous experience as a Chef in hotels. * Minimum one year’s experience in cold and hot kitchen stations. * Knowledge of culinary techniques and safe food handling. * Ability to organize and plan daily production. * Quality orientation, creativity, and attention to dish presentation. * Familiarity with food hygiene and safety regulations. **We Offer:** * Joining a strong and growing hotel chain. * Positive working environment. * Professional training and development.
