Positive attitude and teamwork 3. Joining a rapidly expanding hotel chain CATALONIA HOTELS & RESORTS requires a CHEF for our MAJORICA hotel located in the center of Palma de Mallorca. RESPONSIBILITIES * Collaborate with the kitchen team in processes including receipt of raw materials, storage, thawing, temperature control, handling, cleaning, and disinfection. * Carry out scheduled tasks related to dish preparation and presentation. * Perform periodic cleanings as established in the approved cleaning plan. * Handle food in compliance with current regulations. * Inspect and monitor kitchen equipment and tools, reporting any issues immediately. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 2 years’ experience in gastronomic hotels. * Proactivity and dynamism. * Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, and results-oriented mindset. * Residence in Palma de Mallorca or surrounding areas.
