Coordination and supervision of the kitchen team Job Description At Alannia Resorts, a leading chain in the holiday and camping resort sector in Spain, we are looking to hire a Chef for our Alannia Costablanca team at one of our establishments. **Responsibilities:** \- Food preparation and cooking: Prepare dishes according to established recipes, applying appropriate culinary techniques while ensuring quality and presentation. \- Menu planning: Design balanced and appealing menus, taking into account ingredient seasonality and diners' preferences. \- Inventory control and provisioning: Manage procurement of raw materials, monitor stock levels, and place orders to ensure continuous kitchen supply. \- Maintenance of hygiene and food safety: Ensure kitchen cleanliness, proper food storage, and compliance with health regulations. \- Kitchen team coordination: Assign tasks to kitchen assistants, supervise their work, and collaborate with other staff to guarantee efficient service. **Requirements:** \- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chef. \- Own vehicle required. \- Availability to work Monday through Sunday, including holidays.
