Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! \#SMILYTEAM **Job Description** Your main responsibilities will be: * Greet and attend customers in the bar and restaurant area, ensuring friendly and professional service. * Take orders, serve food and drinks, and manage payments accurately and efficiently. * Collaborate with other departments, including reception and kitchen, to deliver a complete and satisfying customer experience. * Comply with company quality standards and internal procedures, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. **Requirements** * Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in hotel or restaurant settings will be valued (especially in chain hotels). * Professional level of English (knowledge of a second language is an advantage). * Basic knowledge of computer tools related to order management or POS systems. * Positive attitude, customer orientation, and ability to work in a team and on rotating shifts. **Additional Information** **What do we offer?** An environment where laughter is part of the job (although not always the dance moves, we promise).
