Currently, we are expanding our team and seeking to hire a Waiter/Waitress Assistant for the Food & Beverage Department, whose main mission will be to support the dining room team in customer service and in the proper execution of service, ensuring compliance with the company’s established quality and service standards. **Responsibilities:** * Assist waiters/waitresses in dining room, restaurant, buffet or bar service. * Prepare and carry out table and service area setup and breakdown. * Restock materials, beverages and supplies required during service. * Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas and dining room equipment. * Attend to customers following instructions from the dining room supervisor. * Collaborate in the cleanup and preparation of rooms and events. * Comply with hygiene, food safety and occupational risk prevention regulations. * Report incidents to the immediate supervisor. * Participate in internal training and continuous improvement initiatives. **Requirements:** --------------- * Prior experience as a waiter/waitress assistant or internships in food service. * Knowledge of dining room service and customer service. * Ability to follow established instructions and procedures. * Advanced level of English. * German language skills are an advantage. **We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a solid and growing hotel chain. * Positive working environment. * Professional training and development.
