Opportunity to work at a leading resort in the industry At Alannia Resorts, a leading chain in the vacation and resort camping sector in Spain, we are seeking to hire staff for the "bellboy" position for our Alannia El Pinar team (Blanes, Girona) at one of our establishments. **Responsibilities:** * Reception and welcome: assistance with check-in and initial orientation. * Luggage assistance: transportation of suitcases and support with loading/unloading. * Accommodation escort: guiding guests to their bungalow or plot and providing basic accommodation information. * Information and customer service: answering inquiries regarding activities, services, and schedules. * Operational support: coordination with reception and maintenance teams, handling basic incidents. Requirements: * Professional experience in customer service, hospitality, or tourism. * Languages: Spanish, English, French. * Skills: professional appearance, excellent interpersonal skills, proactivity, teamwork. * Physical requirements: ability to handle luggage, stamina for outdoor work. * Operational requirements: availability during check-in/check-out hours, peak season, wearing uniforms, and using support tools (carts, electric vehicles).
