




Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Manager with analytical vision and experience in accounting and taxation for a continuously growing group. Key Responsibilities: 1. We are looking to hire an **Accounting Manager** for our headquarters in Barcelona. We seek a candidate with analytical vision, committed to continuous improvement, and possessing solid experience in accounting and taxation, who wishes to join a continuously growing group. **Your responsibilities** * Support the Deputy Director of the Administration Department in the **supervision and control** of accounting and tax processes. * **Optimize and streamline** internal processes to increase Department efficiency. * Analyze accounting and tax information to ensure timely **compliance with legal, administrative, and tax obligations**. * Supervise and update the **legal and tax databases** of all group companies. * Coordinate accounting and tax departments **internationally**, across all countries where we operate. * Participate in the Department’s **strategic planning** to improve productivity and optimize resources. **Essential Requirements** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Business Administration, Economics or related field**. * Minimum **5 years’ experience** handling the full accounting cycle and taxation (withholding taxes, VAT, Corporate Income Tax). * Proficiency in **ERP management systems**. * Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). * Demonstrable **C1 level English**. * Experience in **team management**. * Responsible, organized, reliability-oriented profile, with initiative and outstanding analytical skills. **Desirable** * Master’s degree in **MBA** or **Auditing**. * Knowledge of **SAP**. * Experience in a **multinational company** or with a **recognized audit firm**. * Willingness to travel occasionally. **What We Offer** * **Permanent contract** with a stable and expanding company. * Genuine opportunities for **professional development** within the group, both in Spain and internationally. * **Flexible working hours**. * On-site work in Barcelona with **one optional remote working day per week**. * Competitive remuneration based on experience and merit.
