DESCRIPTION Leonardo Hotels, a rapidly expanding hotel chain, is looking to welcome an **Accountant** to its **Head Office** team. Join a dynamic and growing environment where you can advance your professional career. **Key Responsibilities:** * Comprehensive management of customer and supplier invoicing. * Execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings. * Monitoring and control of accounts receivable and accounts payable. * Bank and account reconciliations. * Preparation and filing of tax returns and payments. * Collaboration in the preparation of financial reports and budgets. * Support during internal and external audits. * Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date accounting records. * Identification of areas for improvement in accounting processes. * Compliance with current accounting and tax regulations. **Requirements:** * University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality sector. * Solid knowledge of the entire accounting cycle. * Proven experience in invoicing, financial closing, and credit control. * Knowledge of taxation and fiscal regulations. * Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools (advanced Excel). * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Excellent organizational and time-management skills. * Proactivity and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. **Preferred Qualifications:** * English language proficiency is an asset. * Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS). * Experience in financial reporting. **What We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a stable and growing company. * Professional development opportunities. * A stimulating and collaborative work environment. * Competitive salary package commensurate with experience and qualifications.
