CATALONIA HOTELS \u0026 RESORTS is seeking a candidate to join our team as 2nd MAÎTRE at one of our hotels located in BARCELONA. The main responsibilities are as follows: * Support the Maître in organizing and supervising dining room service. * Manage stock, orders, and cellar inventory. * Supervise service standards, protocols, and customer care. * Train and guide the dining room team on wines and service. * Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service. * Resolve service-related incidents with a customer-oriented approach. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 3 years' experience in restaurants as 2nd Maître. * Advanced English \u002b Other languages are an asset. * Strong interpersonal skills, passion for customer service, and professional appearance. Dynamic and organized individual. * Customer-oriented mindset and positive attitude. * Leadership ability and teamwork skills. * Education in hospitality.
