Role Responsibilities
Following instructions and under the supervision of the Production Maintenance Team Leader—even in their absence—the following functions and responsibilities apply, among others:
Maintain the area clean in accordance with 5S procedures, as well as support Autonomous Maintenance tasks. Participate in the implementation and maintenance of 5S (cleaning plans, standardization, and 5S).
Always work toward continuous improvement to solve problems and enhance overall process performance.
Participate in process standardization.
Collaborate with the team on actions derived from the CI methodology, such as reporting Near Misses, submitting Improvement Ideas, tracking KPIs, and resolving related issues. Actively participate in team meetings.
Support personnel from your own team and from the assigned bottling and production line.
Conduct EHS, 5S Quality, Contractor, and BBS audits and establish action plans.
Ensure that both corrective and preventive maintenance are carried out in compliance with company procedures and established Safety, Health, Quality, and Environmental standards, as well as applicable regulations.
Report equipment and machinery issues to the Team Leader, end users, and manager.
Log all work order-related information—including materials used and time spent—in the IT system. Execute and coordinate assigned work orders with relevant stakeholders.
Identify improvement proposals and detect potential Safety, Health, and Environmental incidents, collaborating in their resolution.
Provide necessary knowledge to line workers—collaborating with Team Leaders—for proper Autonomous Maintenance of assigned machinery.
Use IT tools for maintenance management (Work Orders, technical documentation, inventories, machinery, and new equipment).
Manage spare parts inventory in the warehouse and with suppliers.
Assist external technicians working in the area, in accordance with quality, food safety, environmental, occupational health, and safety requirements.
Support personnel from other plant departments—including Production, Laboratory, Warehouse, SSGG, and offices—in any maintenance incidents that may arise.
Provide support functions to other departments and to your own department.
Keep panels up to date.
Share and transfer knowledge and experience regarding specific tasks and equipment.
Comply with H\&S requirements specified in your H\&S work cards.
Comply with IMS requirements.
Report to supervisors any H\&S incidents, Environmental incidents, Quality incidents, or Food Safety incidents that could affect operator integrity.
Responsible for implementing Quality, Food Safety, Environmental, Occupational Risk Prevention, and Emergency Plan measures within your area of responsibility and across the entire plant.
Comply with the hygiene best practices defined by the organization.
Qualifications

Education/Experience
Secondary and/or technical education (Electricity or Electromechanics)
2\-3 years of industrial maintenance experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
Valuable knowledge of PLC programming
Languages
Spanish.
