This role presents an excellent opportunity to join our team and build a meaningful career with a global industry leader. **Your Impact: The Essence of the Role** As a Datacenter Maintenance Technician, your mission will be to ensure optimal technical infrastructure operation through maintenance, monitoring, and incident resolution. You will play a vital role in meeting SLAs and ensuring customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** **Operations** * Execute equipment and system switchover procedures, minimizing impact on operations. * Implement measures to optimize datacenter energy efficiency. * Ensure compliance with SLAs and established quality standards. * Maintain cleanliness and order within the facilities. * Apply approved safety protocols and work procedures. **Maintenance and Repairs** * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. * Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and external vendors. * Plan and prioritize daily maintenance activities. * Perform technical incident diagnosis and resolution. **On-Call Duties and Incident Management** * Participate in on-call shifts for infrastructure monitoring and supervision. * Manage incidents in coordination with the designated responsible person. * Activate and execute emergency procedures when required. * Proactively report risks of SLA non-compliance. **Documentation and Reporting** * Record progress and outcomes of maintenance activities. Develop and execute operational procedures (MOP, CR, EOP). * **Technical Competencies (Hard Skills)** * Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of critical infrastructure, such as datacenters, hospitals, industrial plants, or similar. Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems. * Preferred experience in fire detection and suppression systems. * Basic knowledge of security systems (CCTV, access control) and elevators. * English proficiency is valued. **Personal Competencies (Soft Skills)** * Analytical ability for problem solving. * Customer and detail orientation. * Practical and proactive mindset. * Communication and teamwork skills.
