Residential care center dedicated to the care and well-being of older adults is seeking **nursing staff** to join its care team in Utiel (Valencia) Main responsibilities: * Assessment and ongoing monitoring of users' health status. * Administration and supervision of prescribed treatments. * Coordination with the interdisciplinary team. * Recording and updating of medical documentation. * Comprehensive, person-centered support and care. * Health prevention, promotion, and education. Essential requirements: * **Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Nursing**. * **Valid professional registration**. * Ability to work effectively in a team, responsibility, and strong interpersonal skills. Preferred qualifications: * Prior experience in elderly residential facilities, sociosanitary centers, or hospitals. * Specialized training in geriatrics, gerontology, dementia care, palliative care, or person-centered care. * Sensitivity and vocation for caring for older adults.
