If your vocation is helping people, here you will find a unique environment: children with complex pathologies, mothers and families requiring care and empathy, outstanding professionals, systems to improve the patient experience, state-of-the-art equipment, and an atmosphere imbued with humanism. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** Nursing professionals who wish to develop their careers in pediatrics, child and adolescent mental health, or maternity, and who ensure continuity and quality of care across all clinical processes carried out at the Hospital. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide individualized nursing care using a systematic and organized approach. * Collect and analyze data to assess the health status of the person receiving care and identify their needs. * Prioritize problems, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate their effectiveness. * Carry out health promotion, disease prevention, and health education activities. * Ensure effective communication and establish a trusting therapeutic relationship with the person receiving care and their family. * Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care. * Guarantee continuity of care through formal and structured communication. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Nursing degree (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree). * Experience and/or specific training in pediatric patients or in the maternity area. * Values such as hospitality, humanity, quality, respect, passion for nursing, teamwork, communication, and eagerness to grow professionally. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** Working hours and schedule to be agreed upon with the selected candidate.
