The main tasks include: Check-in/Check-out. Control and reading of room keys. Safe deposit box rentals. Cash reconciliation and handover to the next shift colleague. Responsible for all matters arising during the assigned working hours. • Incident management, but not resolution. Luggage handling. Room changes. Mail management. Room sales. Management of switchboard calls. Supervision of bell staff under direct responsibility. ### **Requirements** Experience in a similar position. Studies in tourism. Advanced English \+ Other languages are valued. Customer orientation. Knowledge of SAP is highly desirable. ### **Offered** 40-hour weekly contract. Rotating shifts (primarily nights).
