We have a dynamic team focused on excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement, within a close-knit and collaborative professional environment. **Job Description:** At Cadiz4Rentals, we are seeking a **Maintenance Assistant** with knowledge of residential, building, and facility maintenance, as well as machinery/equipment and vehicle maintenance. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct necessary tests to ensure the safe and efficient operation of facilities, machinery/equipment, and vehicles. * Install and maintain machinery/equipment, vehicles, and specific devices in accommodations, warehouses, headquarters, and other premises under Cadiz4Rentals’ responsibility. * Carry out repairs, modifications, and maintenance of facilities, machinery/equipment, and vehicles required to effectively address reported incidents before or during guest stays in accommodations. * Perform repairs, modifications, and maintenance of facilities, machinery/equipment, and vehicles according to assigned work orders and scheduled Maintenance Programs. * Provide, timely and accurately per current protocols, the necessary information for correct cost calculation, report preparation, and control records for any work team requiring them. * Collaborate with other members of the conservation team and external installation and maintenance service providers when necessary. * Actively participate in Occupational Health and Safety plans. **What We Offer:** * Excellent working atmosphere * Continuous training and learning opportunities * Integration into a dynamic and growing team * Opportunities for professional development within the company ***If you are eager to excel, grow, and develop your career within a strong and capable team, don’t hesitate to contact us—we’re waiting for you!*** Job Type: Full-time Salary: €20,000.00–€21,000.00 per year Work Location: On-site employment
