Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Engineer for the Industrial Solutions Department, responsible for project management, team coordination, and contractual compliance. Key Highlights: 1. A key position in project management and monitoring. **POSITION AND DEPARTMENT** * Industrial Solutions Department. * Junior Engineer * No team supervision required. **FUNCTIONS, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Preparation and monitoring of budgets and schedules. * Preparation of comparative analyses for equipment procurement and project subcontracting. * Coordination of teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Ensuring compliance with contracts and specifications. * Maintaining client relations to meet expectations. * Preparation of internal and external reports. **WHAT WE OFFER** * Positive work environment. * Employment type: Permanent contract, with a 6-month probationary period. * Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week. * Schedule: Monday–Thursday — flexible start time between 7:30 and 9:00, 8.5 hours of effective work; Friday — flexible start time between 7:30 and 9:00, 6 hours of effective work. * Exclusive dedication. * Collective agreement: Industry, Services and Metal Installations Sector of Cuenca. * Holidays: as per collective agreement. * Life and accident insurance: as stipulated by the applicable collective agreement and company conditions at the time. * Access to the flexible compensation plan: you may enroll in offered benefits (medical insurance, meal vouchers, transportation, childcare, training), subject to limits and criteria established in the current flexible compensation plan. * Start date: Immediate. **CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Knowledge of energy, mechanics, electricity, or control systems is desirable. * Skills: Project management; energy efficiency and savings; industrial installations.
