**Bakery and Café Assistant – Full-Time (Stable Position)** Are you passionate about baking, high-quality coffee, and customer service? We are looking to welcome a person with **proven experience** in bakery and café operations to join our team — someone seeking a stable role and eager to become part of a long-term project. **Responsibilities** * Bread slicing and baking. * Preparation of coffee and beverages to a high standard (barista-style). * Customer service and advisory support. * Restocking and proper product presentation. * Cash handling and checkout operations. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace. **Requirements** * **Proven experience** working in bakery and café environments. **We do not seek candidates without experience.** * Experience in bread slicing and baking. * Experience preparing high-quality coffee, including barista techniques. * Prior experience in specialty coffee cafés and artisanal bakeries with on-site production facilities is especially valued. * Excellent customer service attitude and strong service orientation. * Responsible, punctual, organized, and committed individual. * Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a dynamic environment. * Enthusiasm for work, dedication, and desire to join a stable project. **We Offer** * A stable position. * Full-time schedule of **40 hours per week**. * Fixed working hours. * Two days off per week, including **two weekends off per month**. * Gross annual salary: **€20.400**. * Workplace located in **Kabieces**. * Start date: **September 1**. * Positive and supportive work environment.
