We are looking for staff for our café, ice cream shop, and bakery! Would you like to work this summer in a dynamic, customer-facing environment? We are seeking a responsible person eager to join our team during the high season. Position Customer service staff for the **afternoon shift** (until closing) at our café, ice cream shop, and bakery. Duration * Start date: IMMEDIATE (possibility to begin during the last week of June). * Contract until **August 31**, with potential extension until end of September. What are we looking for? Prior experience is not mandatory. We primarily seek a person who is: * Committed, responsible, and serious. * Punctual and maintains a positive attitude toward work. * Proactive and initiative-driven. * Able to adapt to the work pace according to the needs of each moment. * Skilled in customer service and teamwork. * Eager to learn and grow within the role. **We value attitude and motivation above all; experience is a plus but not essential.** Main responsibilities * Customer service and bar service. * Preparation and serving of café, ice cream, and bakery products. * Cash handling and order management. * Maintaining the order, organization, and cleanliness required for smooth operation of the establishment. * Cleaning and preparation of both indoor areas and the terrace. * Stock replenishment and support in daily store tasks. *Important: We operate a self-service establishment, so customer service, orderliness, and cleanliness are fundamental aspects of this position.* Preferred qualifications Having your own vehicle or personal means of transportation, as public transport in the area may be limited during the summer season and does not always align with working hours and shifts. Future opportunities Individuals joining during the summer campaign who demonstrate commitment, responsibility, and strong performance will receive priority consideration for future positions—both during Easter week campaigns and upcoming summer seasons—subject to business needs. Initial adaptation period The first **7 effective working days** will serve as an initial mutual adaptation and evaluation period, aimed at assessing the candidate’s fit for the role and facilitating integration into the team.
