SALES REPRESENTATIVE An aesthetic medicine clinic located in the center of Madrid is seeking to hire a Sales Representative with proven sales experience and advanced proficiency in CRM tools. Main responsibilities * Telephone and in-person sales to patients interested in our treatments. * Commercial follow-up of leads and potential patients, with clear goal orientation and focus on closing sales. * Commercial information and explanation of the clinic's various treatments and services. * Preparation, presentation, and follow-up of quotations. * Closing sales and achieving established commercial targets. * Management, updating, and follow-up of all commercial information in the CRM. * Recovery and follow-up of patients who have requested information or quotations but have not yet confirmed their treatment. * Direct coordination with management and the clinic team. * After-sales service, patient follow-up, and retention. Requirements * Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or commercial roles. * Native Spanish speaker. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales closing skills. * Responsible, organized, proactive, and clearly results-oriented profile. * Professional appearance and demeanor. * Advanced proficiency in CRM systems and computer tools. * Availability to work 100% onsite in Madrid. * Valid work permit in Spain. * Prior experience in aesthetic medicine clinics, healthcare centers, or high-value service sales will be highly valued. Conditions * Full-time position. * 100% onsite modality. * Onboarding at the clinic located in the center of Madrid.
