**Job Title:** Laborer / Assistant Aluminum and PVC Carpenter (With or without experience) **Location:** Mota del Cuervo **Contract Type:** Full-time / Permanent We are seeking to hire a **Laborer / Assistant** for our team specializing in the manufacturing and installation of aluminum and PVC enclosures. If you are looking for stable employment and wish to learn a highly sought-after trade, we offer hands-on training starting on day one. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assisting with cutting, machining, assembly, and glazing of profiles in the workshop. * Supporting the installation and assembly of windows, doors, and enclosures at construction sites or private renovation projects. * Loading, unloading, and transporting materials and profiles. * Using basic hand and power tools (e.g., drill, screwdriver, light angle grinder, etc.). * Maintaining workplace cleanliness, order, and equipment upkeep. **Requirements:** * Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and commitment to high-quality work. * Physical stamina and ability to work effectively in a team. * No prior experience in this sector is required (experience in construction, carpentry, locksmithing, or factory settings will be valued). * Valid driver’s license Class B and personal vehicle to commute to the workshop. **What We Offer:** * Immediate integration into an established team. * Ongoing training in fabrication and installation of carpentry products. * Job stability and opportunities for professional advancement toward skilled tradesperson roles. * Positive working environment and full safety equipment (PPE).
