We know you by name, care about your personal well-being, and want you to grow with us. **Your mission at Kairós** We seek an expert in data visualization and executive dashboard development to join our **Data\&IA** team. You won’t just build visual components—you’ll define the end\-to\-end data flow to support strategic decision-making. * **Strategic Design**: Design and develop executive dashboards based on data generated by AI solutions (Speech Analytics). * **Data Architecture**: Define and implement the end\-to\-end data flow (from Snowflake to the visualization tool), proposing the optimal architecture. * **Global Impact**: Build multi\-country visualization solutions with a strategic, business\-oriented approach. * **Quality and Validation**: Design technical validation dashboards (*sanity check*) to monitor AI processing and outputs. * **Value Definition**: Establish KPIs, metrics, and data structures required to maximize information value. * **Cross\-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with Data Science and Technology teams to ensure solution evolution. * **Optimization**: Ensure consistency, performance, and scalability of visualizations. **What will make you successful** **Education and Experience** * **Solid experience**: 6–10 years in similar roles. * **Senior Development**: Advanced expertise in **Power BI** and executive dashboard design (not merely operational dashboards). * **Data Management**: Experience in data modeling and extraction using **Snowflake**. * **Complex Environments**: Experience designing data models for multi\-country environments and managing large volumes of information. **Technical Proficiency** * **Advanced SQL**: Ability to create tables and optimize queries. * **Data Pipelines**: Knowledge of end\-to\-end data flow and pipeline design. * **Python**: Use of libraries such as **pandas** for data transformation. * **AI \& Analytics**: Valuable experience handling AI outputs (LLMs/Speech Analytics). * **English**: B2 level * **Minerva**: Familiarity with this internal tool is a plus (*nice to have*).
