As a pioneer, it is one of the first and most robust associations founded and managed by immigrants from Morocco, working toward social inclusion, equal opportunities, and intercultural coexistence across various regions of Andalusia. **Position Objective** To design, deliver, and monitor vocational training activities aimed at improving the employability of beneficiaries—particularly immigrants and/or individuals of immigrant origin—in the cleaning and/or logistics sectors. This position will contribute to socio-labor integration, enhanced professional qualification, and local economic development, aligning with the objectives of the ERACIS+ program and labor market demands. **Main Responsibilities** * Design and deliver theoretical-practical training in the cleaning and/or logistics sectors, applying participatory, inclusive, and employment-oriented methodologies. * Monitor and continuously evaluate the training process through weekly tutoring sessions and specific assessment tools. * Coordinate with the project’s technical team and participate in monitoring, evaluation, and planning meetings. * Support the management and follow-up of non-remunerated practical placements in companies: contacting businesses, promoting candidate profiles, signing agreements, and mentoring trainees during their placements. * Contribute to improved training outcomes and higher professional qualification levels among trainees, in line with ERACIS+ program indicators. * Record, systematize, and document all activities performed, in accordance with the project’s technical justification requirements. **Profile:** **Requirements** **Education and Experience:** * University degree in Education, Pedagogy, Psychopedagogy, or related fields. * Minimum six months’ teaching experience and experience working with migrant populations. * Professional-level office software proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). **Desirable Qualifications:** Knowledge of Arabic, French, and/or English.
