




Job Summary: We are seeking a psychologist/trainer specialized in Workplace Harassment to deliver training programs on psychosocial risk prevention and regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. A project offering high professional visibility and a strategic training challenge At Apave Spain, we continue expanding our team of trainers and are looking for a psychologist/trainer specialized in Workplace Harassment. We seek a psychology professional with extensive experience in workplace harassment, psychosocial risks, and corporate training, to collaborate on a far-reaching training initiative. The selected professional will be responsible for delivering several training programs to small groups. Essential Requirements: * Bachelor’s or Licentiate Degree in Psychology. * Master’s Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (preferably with specialization in Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology). * Solid experience delivering training on workplace harassment, psychosocial risks, and internal prevention protocols. * In-depth knowledge of Law 2/2023 and the functioning of internal reporting channels. * Ability to integrate psychological and legal perspectives into training. * Experience working with real-case scenarios, case analysis, and group dynamics. * Communication skills to address sensitive situations with rigor, neutrality, and clarity.
