This is a stable position within a specialized team handling processing and validation of technical files in the real estate sector. **What will you do daily?** * Review and validate energy efficiency certificates and habitation certificates. * Identify technical errors prior to file registration. * Validate floor plans, surface areas, layouts, and site visit data. * Resolve technical incidents and administrative requirements. * Prepare certificates when necessary. * Ensure technical quality of files. * Use tools such as CE3X, Excel, CRM, and document management systems. * Support training and supervision of junior technical staff or site inspectors. **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract. * Annual gross salary between €19,000 and €26,000, depending on experience. * Full-time or part-time schedule (as required). * Flexible compensation (daycare, medical insurance, etc.). * Stable, dynamic, and efficiency-oriented professional environment. * Long-term project within the technical \- real estate sector. **About the project.** You will join a specialized team managing and validating technical files related to energy certification and habitability, operating under optimized processes and focused on quality and continuous improvement. **Requirements:** --------------- **What are we looking for?** A technical, solution-oriented, and well-organized profile.
