Coordinate with educational centers and the program team. Register and update participant data. Conduct individualized educational follow-up. Participate in team activities, identify potential cases of discrimination, and integrate a gender perspective. Occasionally collaborate in program events, workshops, and activities. **Profile:** **Required Profile:** Training in Primary Education Teaching, Pedagogy, or CAP; training/experience as a speech therapist is valued. Minimum one year of experience in similar roles, especially in academic reinforcement and with minors or families at risk of social exclusion. Basic computer skills (Office and internet). **Personal Requirements:** Certificate of Absence of Sexual Offense Convictions. Ability to work collaboratively in teams and to energize groups. **Preferred Qualifications:** Training in gender equality. Disability \>33%. Belonging to the Roma community.
