You will join an international environment where you can innovate by participating in global projects focused on the latest technological trends — all within a flexible and agile setting surrounded by outstanding professionals from around the world… Are you ready? **Where are we located?** ------------------- Las Tablas, Madrid. **What are we looking for?** -------------------------- We are seeking a **Strategic Planning Expert** to conceive, define, and implement the **Strategic Plan** and its monitoring, in alignment with management guidelines, to contribute to achieving established growth, profitability, and/or stable management objectives. **What will your responsibilities be?** -------------------------------- * **Drive strategy**, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, primarily related to Operations, Security, Technology, Data, and AI. * **Co\-Lead strategic plans** for the Technology / Data \+ AI / Operations / Security departments + **Development of the Strategic Plan** (internal and external analysis, strategic reflection, definition and development of the Balanced Scorecard, etc.) + **Integration of metrics with the company’s strategic objectives**, and monitoring via corporate strategic planning tools (BSC Tracking Tool, Stratos – Project Tracking, PowerBI) + **Advising and supporting the sponsor** of strategic objectives / enablers in their definition, monitoring, and reporting + **Monitoring and reporting** on the execution of actions and indicators defined to fulfill the Strategic Plan, ensuring data integrity. * **Advise and coordinate** + Conceptualization and support in preparing top-level presentations, strategy workshops, CEO/CIO visits, etc. **What are the requirements?** ------------------------------- * Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree * Knowledge of strategy and business to identify, define, and analyze business impact indicators. * Competencies: strategic vision, autonomy, constructive critical thinking, results orientation, leadership capability, strong communication skills, teamwork ability, planning, organization, quality, and agile delivery. * Consultant profile: highly proactive and solution-oriented. * Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Forms, PowerBI) * Proficiency in prompting and AI agents. * Advanced English (minimum B2 level) * 5–7 years of professional experience, including at least two years in a similar role. * Preferred qualifications: + Knowledge of strategy and/or business + Knowledge of Transformation (Technology and/or Operations and/or Data \+ AI and/or Security) + Financial knowledge + Familiarity with project management tools and Power BI + Knowledge of agile methodologies **What do we offer?** ---------------------- * Flexible working hours and telecommuting (3 days in the office and 2 days remotely) * A flexible compensation program offering meal subsidies, childcare vouchers, health insurance, life insurance, employee discounts, etc. If you reside in Madrid city, a dedicated bus route to the office is available. * Access to an attractive pension plan. * Summer reduced working hours. * You will be the protagonist of your learning journey, with access to thousands of resources to further advance your technical expertise.
