Job Summary: We are seeking a social educator to support and guide young people, participate in educational interventions, and work within an interdisciplinary team. Key Points: 1. High motivation for educational work with minors **Minimum Requirements:** ----------------------- Diploma and/or Bachelor's Degree in Social Education and/or professional qualification. Must have personal vehicle. Proficiency in both intellectual and manual strategies specific to the role. Ability to model behavior and serve as a behavioral example for minors. Applications from underrepresented gender groups will be prioritized. Must hold a certificate confirming absence of sexual offense convictions. High motivation for educational work with minors. Strong learning capacity. Persuasive and influential. **Desired Requirements:** ------------------------ **Job Position:** ---------------------- The person appointed to the position of social educator will carry out the following duties: * Attend to young people, understand and identify their needs, and channel them within the framework of educational interventions. * Monitor the educational development of young people. * Participate in the implementation of specialized intervention procedures for young people. * Perform functions corresponding to membership in the interdisciplinary team. * Carry out supervision duties appropriate to the functional scope. * Fulfill any other duties assigned by current regulations necessary for the proper delivery of entrusted services.
