**Description:** ---------------- From **Grupo Digital**, we are looking for a candidate for an important banking sector company. **SDLC Tools Technician** We seek a technical profile with a developer mindset, capable of confidently navigating software development lifecycle (SDLC) tools and providing expert support to development teams. A key role if you enjoy understanding how everything works “under the hood” and solving real-world problems. Conditions * Mode: **100% Remote** \>\> from Spain * Location: **Spain** \*\* occasional visits to MADRID * Working hours: 9:00 – 18:00 * Summer intensive schedule: 8:00 – 15:00 What You’ll Do * Provide **advanced technical support** on SDLC tools to development teams. * Work with **IDEs, version control systems, and software management and build tools.** * Analyze **technical incidents** from a developer’s perspective. * Perform and document **functional and technical tests.** * Document solutions and best practices for internal use. * Collaborate in complex technical environments focused on **continuous improvement.** Mandatory Requirements * **At least 3 years of experience** as a **developer or engineer in SDLC environments.** * Advanced experience in at least two of the following categories: * + **IDEs** (IntelliJ, VS Code, Eclipse) + **Version control** (Git, GitHub Enterprise, GitLab) + Software build/management tools **(Maven)** * Prior development experience in **Java and/or the JavaScript ecosystem.** * Knowledge of frameworks and languages used in modern architectures. * Strong attention to detail and analytical capability to resolve technical issues. * Profile oriented toward **support, service, and documentation.** **Intermediate English, minimum B1** Desirable * Experience working with **REST APIs.** * Knowledge of **software testing and quality assurance tools.** * Prior experience in technical support roles for developers.
