Your mission will be to assist patients with various pathologies by delivering health education for daily self-management and promoting motivation to adopt healthier lifestyle habits. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Conduct health surveys to collect useful data regarding respondents' health status and well-being, aiming to understand overall health, factors influencing specific diseases, opinions on provided medical services, and individual health-related risk factors, among others. * Perform a comprehensive general health assessment of the client, taking into account their complete medical history. * Collect health data in accordance with internally established quality standards. * Transcribe information clearly, orderly, completely, and understandably. * Assist patients unfamiliar with their own medical history. **What we offer:** * Direct permanent intermittent contract with the company. * **Start date: 07/09** * Flexible work schedule Monday to Friday, either morning shift (9\-15\) or afternoon shift (15\-21h), minimum 20 hours/week. **We adapt to your availability.** * Initial and ongoing training. * Opportunity to grow within a globally leading company in healthcare services. * **100% remote work** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Nursing (Spanish nursing registration required). * Minimum 6 months of experience in the healthcare sector. * Basic computer skills.
