Keep reading to learn what we can offer you! **Your primary mission** will be, in collaboration with the teaching team of the department, to assume responsibility for designing and delivering culinary courses covering food pre-preparation and basic cooking techniques. **Our main areas of focus include:** * Preparing mise en place for training, orders, etc., together with the kitchen assistant team. * Delivering theoretical and practical culinary instruction. * Updating course content for various subjects. * Tutoring student projects, reviewing assignments, monitoring student progress, facilitating online forums, etc. #### **Requirements** **Do you identify with the following characteristics?** * You hold a minimum qualification of Vocational Training Level 2 (FP2) in Culinary Arts, Gastronomy, or a related field. * You have at least five years of professional experience working in traditional restaurants. * You possess user-level proficiency with computer tools such as Excel and PowerPoint. **You will stand out if:** * You have delivered formal or non-formal training. * You hold a Master’s Degree in Teacher Training and/or the Pedagogical Aptitude Certificate (CAP). * You have experience using learning platforms such as Moodle or similar systems. * Your English proficiency level is advanced (C1). **What can you expect from Basque Culinary Center?** * Joining a continuously growing, pioneering project fueled by deep passion for gastronomy. * Temporary full-time employment. * Playing an active role in maintaining a positive workplace atmosphere.
