The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering educational sessions using pedagogical and technological resources, reinforcing both curricular content and transversal competencies (study techniques, autonomy). They will also carry out activity monitoring and record-keeping, prepare reports, and coordinate with other professionals, educational centers, and families. Complementarily, they may participate in project dissemination, participant recruitment and registration, socio-educational assessment of students, and cross-cutting activities of the organization, integrating a gender perspective, discrimination prevention, and participation in community events. **Profile:** We seek a professional from the social or educational field to provide academic support and reinforcement for primary and secondary school students, with appropriate academic training (a Master’s in Teaching and/or a Leisure and Free Time Monitor qualification are valued) and experience working with minors in situations of vulnerability. **Required Profile:** Solid knowledge of curricular subjects, especially mathematics, physics, and chemistry. Knowledge of the education system and legislation, educational pathways, and available resources. High capacity to facilitate heterogeneous groups, plan, and organize. Personal competencies such as responsibility, initiative, autonomy, flexibility, and ability to resolve unforeseen situations. Training and sensitivity regarding gender and interculturality, with knowledge (or willingness to acquire it) of the Roma community’s reality. Advanced digital competencies (Office suite, e-learning platforms, virtual environments).
