Job Summary: Teià Residence is seeking nurses to conduct assessments, monitor patients, deliver scheduled nursing care, and administer pharmacological treatment. Key Highlights: 1. Conducting comprehensive resident assessments upon admission and maintaining updated records related to the health aspects of the clinical file, as well as ensuring appropriate clinical episode monitoring. Delivering scheduled nursing care according to healthcare protocols, implementing patient safety measures, and following medical or nursing coordination instructions.
