The role involves delivering comprehensive, personalized, and humane care to residents, always aiming for their maximum well-being. Responsibilities include conducting nursing assessments, administering medication according to medical instructions, and performing palliative care. The candidate will also participate in validating care plans, documenting residents' progress, and offering moral and psychological support. Supervision of auxiliary staff tasks is also required. A full-time temporary contract with rotating shifts is offered. Start date is immediate, with flexibility to accommodate the selected candidate’s needs. * Nursing Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. * Minimum 1 year of experience in primary care, hospital, or elderly residential facilities is desirable. * Additional training in gerontology or related fields is recommended. * Completion of relevant training courses—especially those promoting equality—is considered a strong asset.
