**Functions / Tasks / Responsibilities** Conduct nursing assessments for resident admissions and perform scheduled periodic evaluations. Prepare and administer medications to residents according to medical prescriptions. Provide palliative care, including administration of opioids and other palliative medications. Validate the care plan, wound treatments, nutrition, and pharmacological treatments developed by the interdisciplinary team. Record care guidelines and resident progress in the resident's medical history. Provide emotional and psychological support to residents and respond to inquiries from family members. Supervise care tasks performed by auxiliary staff according to guidelines established by the interdisciplinary team. Perform INR tests (coagulation tests) and monitor INR (Sintrón), including blood testing and dosage adjustments as prescribed by the physician. Job Type: Full-time
