Job Summary: We are seeking an afternoon-shift nurse to provide direct patient care, medical attention, and collaborate in planning personalized care for patients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide direct patient care and medical attention 2. Collaborate in planning and implementing the care plan 3. Educate and counsel patients and their families * An afternoon-shift nurse is required * Provide direct patient care and medical attention under the supervision of the medical team. * Conduct health assessments, including initial and ongoing patient evaluations. * Administer treatments and medications as prescribed by physicians. * Monitor and record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse. * Collaborate in planning and implementing individualized care plans for each patient. * Assist in medical and surgical procedures. * Educate and counsel patients and their families regarding care and treatments. * Maintain accurate and complete records of provided care. * Comply with quality and safety regulations and procedures in healthcare delivery.
