Position Summary: We are seeking an instructor to deliver the course on \ Key Points: 1. Teaching role with content evaluation and corporate contact 2. Supervision and tutoring of company-based internships 3. Preparation of course administrative documentation The Occupational Training Center of the Government of Catalonia requires an instructor to deliver the course: "Building Maintenance and Rehabilitation". Requirements: Bachelor's degree, Engineering, Architecture, Technical Engineering, Technical Architecture, or equivalent undergraduate degree; Technician, Senior Technician, or Professional Certificate (CP) Level 2 or 3 in the Construction and Civil Engineering professional family; One year of professional experience; Accredited pedagogical training or a minimum of 600 hours of teaching experience. CATALAN LANGUAGE LEVEL B IS MANDATORY. Course delivery: "Building Maintenance and Rehabilitation". \-Content evaluation \-Contact with sector companies \-Monitoring, control and tutoring of students' company-based internships. \-Preparation of all course administrative documentation * 12 months of experience in occupations within the Construction and Civil Engineering professional family. Minimum 600 hours of teaching experience. * Competencies / knowledge: Accreditation as Trainer of Trainers or equivalent, and Catalan Language Level B. * Temporary employment contract (5 months) * Part-time morning schedule (6 hours \- daily working hours) * Gross monthly salary 3000 * Other relevant information: Part-time morning schedule, including statutory breaks.
