Flexible working hours **GRUP PERE MATA** seeks professionals holding a nursing diploma/degree. **Work area**: Elderly population **Main responsibilities**: * Comprehensive assessment of elderly individuals and development of the Nursing Care Plan * Application of nursing-specific techniques * Preparation, distribution, administration, and follow-up of prescribed medical medications * Ongoing assessment of the basic needs of cared-for individuals * Promotion of preventive measures and health education in coordination with primary care teams * Planning and implementation of health education and health promotion activities **Requirements**: Nursing diploma/degree **Offered**: Full-time position with stable employment contract.
