Job Summary: We are seeking a Market Manager with passion for sales and point-of-sale marketing to strengthen brand recognition and drive sales along a high-impact route. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead store team trainings and development. 2. Enhance brand visibility in stores and negotiate display spaces. 3. Promote and coordinate special events and trainings. ### **ATTENTION! Would you like to represent an innovative brand with global reach? **At Primer Impacto, we are looking for a Market Manager to join a high-impact route!** ### **WHAT WILL YOU DO IN THIS ROLE?** Your mission will be clear: **to strengthen brand recognition and boost sales like never before**. How will you achieve it? Through a dynamic mix of strategic and operational responsibilities, including: #### **Training and Development** You will lead trainings for store teams. You will measure the impact of your trainings using tools such as knowledge tests. You will be a learning ambassador: log in and track RSA progress in Academy! #### **Point-of-Sale Management** You will improve in-store brand visibility (displays, secondary placements, POS materials). You will negotiate directly with stores to optimize space and identify opportunities. You will supervise stock, fixtures, and sales performance across your route. #### **Promotions and Activations** You will act as a promoter: 4 times per month (and more during key dates). You will support the promoter team and provide continuous follow-up. You will coordinate promotional events and special trainings for retailers. ### **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** Previous experience in retail, trade marketing, or similar roles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Autonomy, organization, and analytical ability. Familiarity with the digital environment and reporting tools. Passion for the brand, its products, and direct interaction with the point of sale. ### **WORK LOCATION:** **Route covering all of SPAIN** ### **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** Permanent contract and continuous training.
